Message From Stephen Studd
I founded Digital Photography Holidays running photo tours in 2012 so that I could share my passion for photography, travel and adventure, passing on my 30+ years knowledge as a professional photographer to you. My wife Rachel is part of the team, who assisted me for years on travel photography shoots and is a seasoned traveller herself.
I only run tours to locations that I have photographed over many years and know the locations inside out and have built up strong friendships with the locals in each area we take you to.

Up until the pandemic in March 2020 we ran tours in Cambodia, Myanmar, Morocco, USA and Wales.
As a busy working professional freelance photographer, I only restarted my tours to Vietnam and Morocco in 2023, both of which were full.
We work hard to make sure that each travel photography holiday is unique and great value for money and one that we would be proud to take our friends and family on.

Stephen's photography has been published around our planet for 30 + years, from front cover of National Geographic magazine to countless books, magazines, brochures and digital media.
He has photographed ad campaigns for clients including Land Rover, Fiat, Caribou Coffee, Thompson, Thomas Cook, BBC, TUI, British Airways, Virgin Airways, Saga Holidays, Viking Cruises, Rough Guides, Insight Guides, Lonely Planet, Expedia to name but a few.

Every photography holiday has a full itinerary, however, a days photo shoot will always be fluid and flexible depending on the weather conditions. If we see those travel photography classics on route to a location we take time to stop so you can capture unique photographs.
We do not buy in photography holidays from travel agents, all our travel photography holidays are tailor made and micro managed by ourselves.
